ATL Haulage sign with Hapag-Lloyd in significant logistics market sale
ATL Haulage Contractors Limited (ATL), advised by Woodfines solicitors, has sold 100 per cent of its share capital to Hapag-Lloyd AG, one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies.
ATL, an industry-leading logistics company based in the UK, will remain an independent company and brand and continue to be run by its existing management team. The deal allows ATL to leverage untapped synergies and develop market-leading transport solutions for clients.
