Bethany read law with the Open University completing her LLB (Hons) while working full time, she continues to study with the University of Law undertaking the LPC with a Masters.
Bethany’s interests include debt recovery which is where the core of her experience lies, property litigation, professional negligence, contractual disputes, dispute resolution and all aspects of commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Woodfines in July 2017 as a paralegal in the litigation department, Bethany worked for a regional law firm where she was responsible for managing a team of legal assistants undertaking the legal work for one of the key High Court Enforcement providers. She was also responsible for the firm’s internal debt recovery, including resolving disputed bills, negotiating settlements, and issuing claims.
Bethany likes details and enjoys undertaking research both on specific points of law and in more generic terms such as the background of the opposing party.< Back
