Gabrielle Parkes

Gabrielle joined Woodfines in 2019 and works as a Paralegal in the Employment team. She has experience of drafting employment related documentation such as contracts of employment including Directors Service Agreements, Settlement Agreements and Staff Handbooks. Additionally, to this Gabrielle has experience dealing with Employment Tribunal litigation and COT3 Agreements.

Gabrielle has a law degree from the University of Hertfordshire and is a graduate member of CILEx (GCILEx). She is now working towards qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.

I’m a lover of experiences such as travelling, food, art and especially animal experiences.

If you weren’t a lawyer or in your current profession, what would you be doing?

I would probably be a baker, making beautiful, delicious cakes!
