Svetlana is a dual qualified lawyer (a solicitor in England and Wales and an advocate in Russia). She has a master’s degree in corporate law from the University of Cambridge. Svetlana joined Woodfines in November 2021 and specialises in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and international business projects.
