Woodfines Solicitors is thrilled to share the news that Gabrielle Parkes, a member of the Employment team, has officially earned her qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX). This accomplishment is a testament to Gabrielle’s hard work, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the legal field.
Gabrielle joined Woodfines in 2019, working as a Paralegal in the Employment and Corporate and Commercial Team, later choosing to focus on Employment Law. She studied law at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 2016 before studying with CILEX, qualifying as an Employment Chartered Legal Executive in December 2024. She has experience in dealing with a range of employment law issues such as grievance and disciplinary procedures, redundancy, drafting and negotiating Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants and drafting employment documentation, which includes Staff Handbook policies, contracts of employment and consultancy agreements. Gabrielle is a regular speaker at Woodfines HR forums and delivers employment law training at conferences and webinars.
