After qualifying, Nigel worked for several years in central Cambridge as a Private Client solicitor before joining Woodfines, and specialises in complex wills and trusts, and inheritance tax planning.
Nigel has a keen interest in issues surrounding mental capacity, particularly in the elderly, and often gives talks on the subject to charities and professional groups.
He is a member of the Law Society and a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly. In 2015, Nigel was appointed by the Office of the Public Guardian as one of only 68 Panel Deputies in England and Wales.
