Shireena is an Associate in the firm’s Private Client department and spends time in both our Bedford and Milton Keynes offices. She has experience in a full range of Private Client work including Wills and estate planning, inheritance tax planning, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and administering both taxable and non-taxable estates. Shireena qualified as a Solicitor in December 2018 and joined Woodfines in May 2022. Shireena is currently studying to become a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has passed the first of four exams.

If you weren’t a lawyer or in your current profession, what would you be doing?

I would love to be a dog walker or open my own doggy daycare centre! I would arrange fun doggy activities – sports day, summer parties, Christmas jumper day!

What was your first job?

I worked in a pub – waitressing and serving drinks. I loved the social aspect but hated the hours!
